Christie Lou Folkins, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant and was sentenced to three years of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $920.

Robert Ryan Freeman, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation six times and was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

Jorge Omar Gonzalez , 21, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving without a license and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $634.

Cathy Cecelia Hicks, 48, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant and was sentenced to three years in prison and a fine of $370.

Guenter Benjamin Spanky Jenkies, 22, of Roseville, was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon other than firearm and battery on a spouse or cohabitant and was sentenced to three years of probation, 241 days in jail and a fine of $1,550.

Lane Michael Johnson, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of giving false information to an officer and violating parole and was sentenced to 135 days in jail and a fine of $630.

David Harris Kinder, 49, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and hit and run and was sentenced to one year of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $2,138.

Craig Brent Knehans, 58, of Huntington Beach, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $370.

Eli Josiah Larson, 19, of Smith River, was convicted of domestic battery and was sentenced to three years of probation, 13 days in jail and a fine of $920.

Elvy Loya, 18, of Phoenix, Ariz., was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Kristopher Ray Moak, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and driving without a license (three times) and was sentenced to 45 days in jail and a fine of $3,316.

Larry Dewayne Moore, 63, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on a spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to three years of probation, 16 days in jail and a fine of $920.

Anthony Paul Murillo, 22, of Crescent City, was convicted of assault by force, likely to produce great bodily injury and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $370.

Travis Thomas Pathway, 45, of Brookings, Ore., was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Thomas Lloyd Patton, 47, of Crescent City, was convicted of threatening crime with intent to terrorize and was sentenced to one year of probation, 33 days in jail and a fine of $630.

Jose Alfredo Perez, 45, of Smith River, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to three years in jail and a fine of $300.

Kimberly Kay Spear, 55, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on spouse and was sentenced to three years of probation, 28 days in jail and a fine of $920.

Kenneth Wayne Wyckoff, 57, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
