Criminal Convictions

The following report of criminal convictions between Sept. 25 - Oct. 1 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County:

Deborah Marie Ahlstrom, 67, of Crescent City, was convicted on two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Stacey Ray Ashinhurst, 51, of Cave Junction, Oregon, was convicted of vandalism over $400, obstructing/resisting an executive officer and driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to local prison/jail for three years and a fine of $370.

Hector Rodolfo Cardenas-Flores, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of obstructing/resisting an executive officer, sentenced to local prison/jail for two years and a fine of $1,600.

Robert James Harrington, 35, of Klamath, was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $876.

Ramsey Thomas Ivy, 31, a transient, was convicted of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, sentenced to jail for 120 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600.

Keith Charles Mendez, 56, of Klamath, was convicted of driving with a .08 blood alcohol or more with a prior offense within 10 years, sentenced to jail for 120 days, probation for three years and a fine of $4,470.

Anthony Paul Murillo, 22, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 7 days.

Dalynn Nicole Nova, 31, of Klamath, was convicted of obstructing/resisting an executive officer, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $630.
