Matthew Butts, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI above .15 blood alcohol and minor in vehicle and was sentenced to three years of probation, six days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Stewart Issac Capper, 34, of Brookings, Ore., was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Troy Alan Clark, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, possession of ammunition by a felon and DUI with above .15 blood alcohol and was sentenced to 245 days in jail, two years of probation and fines of $2.304.

Summer Desiree Dixson, 40, of Redding, was convicted of DUI with above .15 blood alcohol and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Seleste Nawrowl Donahue, 21, of Smith River, was convicted of battery, driving with knowledge of suspended license and violation probation was a sentenced to 12 in days jail, one year of probation and fines of $2,755.

Rachael Ann Feldsine , 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving with knowledge of suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 45 days in jail and a fine of $2,125.

Shawn Robert Frillman, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $370.

Cooper Makenzie Hale, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on a peace officer, refusal to submit to a chemical test and DUI and was sentenced three years of probation, 25 days in jail and a fine of $2,344.

Samuel CharlesMcEwen Hendrickson, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of second degree robbery and was sentenced to one year of probation, 75 days in jail and a fine of $220.

Nathan Richard Hintz, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of public intoxication and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $630.

Gabriel Joseph Hughes, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of second degree robbery and violating probation and was sentenced to six months of probation, 33 days in jail and a fine of $671.

Manuel Leyva, 27, of Redding, was convicted of assault and battery and was sentenced to three years of probation, 12 days in jail and a fine of $1,400.

Jorge Santino Lopez, 46, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, giving false information to a police officer and driving on a suspended license and speeding and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and fines of $3,400.

Joshua Alan Porter, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of dissuading a witness by force or threat with a special allegation of a prior strike and was sentenced to four years in prison and a fine of $370.

Casey Rhyn Potter, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of murder of 2 people and was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison and a fine of $440.

Frank Louis Schjoth Sr., 51, of Crescent City, was convicted of false imprisonment by force with a special allegation of a prior strike and was sentenced to six years in prison and a fine of $370.

Cameron Charles Stout, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Jose Trinidad Villa, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on a spouse or co-habitant and was sentenced to three years of probation, 9 days jail and a fine of $920.

Jeffery Webb, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of habitual traffic offender, subject continues to drive on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $1,200.
