The following report of criminal convictions between Jan. 8 and Jan. 14 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County.

 

Heather Renee Baker, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 15 days in jail.

Danielle Jean Bigsby, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Keirstin Eileen Black, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

David James Caerbert, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 10 days in jail and a fine of $2,274.

Peter Andrew Cunningham, 45, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI, wet/reckless driving, driving on a suspended licensed with a prior and two counts of violating probation and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and fines of $2,547, $2,602 and $2,274.

Brandon Donaldson, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $671.

Lindsey Allanah Early, 18, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Candace Dawn Foreman, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $671.

Joseph Genaro Hernandez, 39, of Klamath, was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 160 days in jail.

Michael Ann Johnson, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Megan Jean Lambson, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to six months in jail and a fine of $150.

Henry Lee Luerra II, 53, of Crescent City, was convicted of a DUI with greater than .15 alcohol with a prior and violating probation and was sentenced to four years of probation, 47 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.              

Leon Richard Ochs, 25, of St. Ignatius, Montana, was convicted of DUI with greater than .15 alcohol and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Wyatt Sparkey Lee Phillips, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of second degree robbery with special enhancement and was sentenced to eight years in prison and a fine of $370.

Curtis Allen Pittman, 34, of Medford, Oregon, was convicted of DUI with greater than .15 alcohol and was sentenced to four years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Stephen Ray Sanders, 64, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 10 days in jail and a fine of $220.

Larae Nicole Segura, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was sentenced to three years of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $2,494.

Edward Bert Steele, 49, of Klamath, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to six months in jail and a fine of $2,274.

Skyler Wayne Stewart, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to three years of probation, 124 days in jail and a fine of $920.

Jerry Lawerance Tilley, 31, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Matthew Scott Vanvliet, 32, of Smith River, was convicted of burglary with special allegation and was sentenced to 2 years, 8 months in prison and a fine of $370.

Sarah Ashley Wrinkle, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with a prior and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.
