Criminal Convictions

Clifford Leroy Albers, Jr., 23, of Klamath, was convicted of injury to a spouse or cohabitant and corporal injury to a child, sentenced to jail for 180 days, probation for four years and a fine of $1,070. Albers was also convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 60 days and a fine of $150.

Timothy Ronald Andresen, 40, of Enta, was convicted of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Pamela Ann Billington, 71, of Brookings, Ore., was convicted of wet/reckless driving and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $833.

Sherise Marie Carson, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $150.

Matthew Alan Conover, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $833.

Jeffrey Scott Dewolf, 38, of Crescent City was convicted of two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 120 days and a fine of $300.

Joshua Ryan Halls, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of resisting/obstructing/delaying an officer and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Jacob David Johnson, 60, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with priors, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274. Johnson was also convicted on three counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 90 days.

Clifton Harold Jones, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole and sentenced to jail for 180 days.

Lloyd Jay Larson, 54, or Crescent City, was convicted of soliciting a lewd act, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Dustin Arthur Lekas, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,454. Lekas was also convicted of failing to appear in court and sentenced to jail for 15 days and a fine of $630.

Rebecca Don Litton, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, sentenced to jail for 101 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,140.

Mykah Lee Mode, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 180 days.

Justin Carroll Oliphant, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Wendy Ann Paritsky, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation thus imposing the original sentence for second degree burglary of jail for two years and a fine of $300.

Raymond Ben Padilla, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of assault by means of force, sentenced to jail for 180 days, probation for three years and a fine of $370.

Melvin Eugene Paradzinski, 50, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation thus imposing the original sentence of prison for three years and a fine of $300. Paradzinski was also convicted of contempt of court and resisting/delaying/obstructing an officer and sentenced to prison for two years and a fine of $290.

Ernest Manuel Serna, 27, of La Puente, was convicted of two counts of driving with knowledge of a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,344.

Antonio Arreguin Torrez, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of obstructing/resisting an executive officer and vandalism over $400, sentenced to jail for 360 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,670.

Cris Myron Underwood, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of burglary, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,641.

Ian Robert Walker, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with priors, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274. Walker was also convicted on a separate case of driving on a suspended license with priors and sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $2,274.

Tyler James Wheeler, 21, of Crescent City, was convicted of contempt of court, sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630. Wheeler was also convicted of domestic battery and violating probation, sentenced to jail for 75 days, probation for three years and fines of $290 and $150.

Cory Lee Woody, 46, of Gold Beach, Ore., was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.
