Criminal Convictions

Alex James Crites, 21, of Crescent City, was convicted of exhibit deadly weapon other than firearm and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and a fine of $630.

Robert Ryan Freeman, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation causing original sentence to be imposed for charge of unlawful firearm activity  and was sentenced to two years in the prison and a fine of $300. In a second case, he was convicted of contempt of court and was sentenced to     90 days in jail and a fine of $220. In a third case, he was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 296 days in jail and a fine of $150.

Amanda Lee Frye, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of second degree robbery and was sentenced to two years of probation, 156 days in jail and a fine of $1,641.

Daniel Louther Lopez-Arcos, 26, of Gold Beach, Oregon, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Kassandra Francis Marley, 23, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Jason Luke Matthews, 37, of Klamath, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 1,095 days in jail and a fine of $300.

James Allen Miller, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of vandalism/property damage and contempt of court and was sentenced to one year in jail and a fine of $290. In a second case, he was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to one year in jail.

Larry Dewayne Moore, 64, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

Keith James Ownsbey, 60, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI alcohol or drugs with prior and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to three  years of probation, 15 days in jail and a fine of $3,086.

Richard Nelson Riddle, 64, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI alcohol/drugs causing injury and was sentenced to five years of probation, 270 days in jail and a fine of $4,470.

Jason Edward Ridgway, 52, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with a prior and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.

David Lewis Sanderson Jr., 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with greater than .15 blood alcohol with a passenger under age of 14 and was sentence to three years of probation, six days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Wesley Edward Thomas, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Branson Bailey Webster, 19, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to three    years of probation, three days in jail and a fine of $920.

Joshua Niles York, 46, of Arcata, was convicted of DUI with greater than .15 blood alcohol and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
