August 6 through August 12

Wayne Eugene Baldwin, 49, of Crescent City, was convicted of unlawful possession of unstrument or paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 45 days in jail and a fine of $3,191.

Christopher Lee Brown, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

David James Caerbert, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted in multiple cases of violting probation and was sentenced to 40 days in jail.

Christopher Ray Dawson, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Rupert Dick, 61, of Williams, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Gabriel Joseph Hughes, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of causing fire in inhabited structure and was sentenced to one year in jail and a fine of $220. In a second case, he was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to one ear in jail.

Travis Hultquist, 39, of Silverdale, Wash., was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant and was sentenced to three years of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $920.

Hannah McConnell, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $750. In a second case, she was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $1,454. In a third case, she was convicted of failure to appear in court and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $630.

Joshua Michael Jimenez, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Frank James Love II, 60, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation (three times) and was sentenced to seven days in jail.

Desiree Faye McMahon, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/unlawful taking of a vehicle and driving without a license and was sentenced to three years in jail and a fine of $590. In a second case, she was convicted of burglary and was sentenced to three years in jail and a fine of $370.

Britton Franklin Mode, 49, of O’Brien, Oregon, was convicted of fleeing a police officer and was sentenced to one year of probation, 16 days in jail and a fine of $630.
