The following report of criminal convictions between Jan. 22 and Jan. 28 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County.

Ernest Ray Albers, 56, of Klamath, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.

Kindra Marie Bighead, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with a minor passenger in the vehicle and was sentenced to three years of probation, five days in jail and a fine of $2,590.

Joshua Bolen, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Levi Ryan Bowler, 31, of Grants Pass, Oregon, was convicted of violating probation for fleeing officer/ reckless driving and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $300.

Chase Richard Caldwell, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm and was sentenced to one year of probation, 60 days in jail and a fine of $630.

Andrew Albert Steven Carroll, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily harm was and was sentenced to three years in prison and a fine of $370.

Jeffery Luke Cornacchia, 20, of Ball Ground, Georgia, was convicted of DUI with a blood alcohol level above .15 and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Julio Cesar GarciaGamez, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of petty theft, resists, delays or obstructs and violating probation and was sentenced to one year in jail and a fine of $1,151.

Jose Manuel Hernandez III, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with blood alcohol above .15 with prior and was sentenced to four years of probation, 19 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.

Matthew Christian Jensen, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery with serious bodily injury was was sentenced to four years in jail.

Stefanie Diane Kavanaugh, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of false or fraudulent claims or statement and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $630.

Barbara Thurston Martensen, 75, of Phoenix, Arizona, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Ian Oliphant, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of assault on custodial officer and was sentenced to eight months in prison and a fine of $370.

Alena Ann Ownsbey, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of unlawful possession of instrument/paraphernalia and driving without a license and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $1,318.

Sammantha Anne Patterson, 32, of Selma, Oregon, was convicted of grant theft and DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation.
