Jason Evan Butcher, 19, of Crescent city, was convicted of possession of marijuana for sale and was sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $876.

John Letrell Cader, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny and was sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $671. Cader was also convicted of shoplifting and sentenced to jail for 44 days and a fine of $150. In addition, Cader was convicted on two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 44 days and a fine of $150.

Elijah Lee Cochran, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of resisting/delaying/obstructing arrest, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Jeffrey David Cook, 51, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Shelly Renee Cook, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a narcotic, possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license, sentenced to jail for 45 days and a fine of $360.

Renea Lynn Downard, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of truant child, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for two years and a fine of $630.

Ryan Paul Dunham, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274.

Juan Michael Flores, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Daniel Ray Gavin, 33, of Smith River, was convicted on two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 90 days.

Daniel Joseph Grubb, 27, of Brookings, Ore., was convicted on two counts of driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction and possession of an illegal substance, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $5,274. Grubb was also convicted on two counts of violating probation and sentenced to 45 days in jail and a fine of $150.

Cory Michael Levitt, 23, of Kerby, Ore., was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Nicholas Lee Maraganis, 36, of Klamath, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and sentenced to jail for 60 days and a fine of $833.

Kerry Dean McFarland, 26, of Carmandy, Alberta, Canada, was convicted of violating probation and received a fine of $150.

Leland Christopher Oscar, 52, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 308 days.

Jeremiah Branden Rodriguez, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a prior, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for four years and a fine of $1,864. Rodriguez was also convicted on a second count of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,602.

Natasha Lee Swain, 31, of Smith River, was convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630. Swain was also convicted of possession of a narcotic, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for three years and a fine of $876.

Ronald Romaine, 60, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a prior, sentenced to jail for 104 days, probation for four years and a fine of $4,876. Romaine was also convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 104 days and a fine of $150.
