Eldon Dwayne Cari, 45, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Timothy Scott Cromwell, 53, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with a blood alcohol greater than .08 and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $3,168.

Daniel Billy Hacker, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Dawn Marie Jones, 49, of Smith River, was convicted of DUI, driving on a suspended license (two counts) and failure to appear in court and was sentenced to three years of probation, 30 days in jail and fines $2,064.

Alberto GonzalezFlores, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with a blood alcohol above .015 and was sentenced to three years of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Neil Thomas Hiller, 33, of Tacoma, Washington, was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Kirk Cosmo Lathrop, 28, of Eureka, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Jericho Parrish Mercado, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of first-degree burglary and was sentenced to six years in prison.

Thomas Lloyd Patton, 48, of Crescent City, was convicted of vandalism, property damage and violating probation and was sentenced to one year of probation, 36 days in jail and a  fine of $630.

Omar Keon Richardson, 22, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on a girlfriend and was sentenced to three years of probation, 16 days in jail and a fine of $920.

John Paul Rivera-Aguilar, 33, of Garberville, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 10 days in jail and a fine of $2,957.

Durak Dana Williams, 56, of Smith River, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.

Jennifer Lea Williams, 44, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one    year of probation and a fine of $833.

Lawrence Raymond Zosel, 48, of Smith River, was convicted of causing a fire and was sentenced to two years of probation and 453 days in jail.

Christopher Lee Zweber, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of grant theft and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and a fine of $220.
