The following report of criminal convictions between Oct. 2-8 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County:

James Lawrence Bazdarich, 71, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with blood alcohol above .15, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Stephanie Mae Bourgeois, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Hector Rodlfo Cardenas-Flores, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $150.

Cindy Ethel Dowler, 61, of Klamath, was convicted of wet/reckless driving, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $833.

David Ryan Fode, 22, of Fortuna, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Bruce Allen Fugate, 56, of Crescent City, was convicted of destruction of plants (mushrooms), sentenced to jail for one day, probation for three years and a fine of $480.

Jessie Ray Gardiner, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of fight or challenge to fight in a public place, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Joshua Ryan Lourenzo, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a prior, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for four years and a fine of $2,602.

Alexis Nizhoni Lowe, 22, of Arcata, was convicted of fleeing an officer/reckless driving, theft and unlawful taking of a vehicle and reckless driving, sentenced to jail for 210 days, probation for three years and a fine of $4,610.

Ronnie Theodore Meyer, Sr., 53, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 90 days.

Alyssa Marie Morton, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted f driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,454. Morton was also convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $150.

Danny Joe Pacheco, of Grants Pass, Oregon, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with blood alcohol above .15, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $1,864.

Blake Edward Reynolds, 36, of Sublimity, Oregon, was convicted of taking a vehicle without consent and fleeing an officer/reckless driving, sentenced to prison for three years and a fine of $4,540.

Travis Myron Rhodes, 32, of Smith River, was convicted of resists/delays/obstructs, sentenced to jail for one year and a fine of $630.
