Nicholas Philip Ford, 37, of Salinas, was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to one year of probation, 60 days in jail and a fine of $1,860. In a second case, he was convicted of driving on a suspended license (three times) and was sentenced to one year of probation, 30 days in jail and a fine of $1,594.

Angela Marie Edwards, 42, of Brookings, Ore. was convicted of wet/reckless driving and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $833.

Constancio GutierrezPelayo, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of unlawful sexual intercourse and was sentenced to two years of probation, 364 days in jail and a fine of $1,190. In a second case, he was convicted of violating prbation and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Nathaniel Ray Lawson, 71, of Klamath Falls, Ore., was convicted of indecent exposure and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and a fine of $630.

Alejandro Marquez Marquez, 24, of Smith River, was convicted of lewd act upon a minor and was sentenced to six years in prison and a fine of $370.

Stephen Kelly McDonald, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $1,454.

Matthew Joseph Parrott, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of causing fire on property and was sentenced to one year of probation, four days in jail and a fine of $220.

Xavier Noel Pastrana, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of batter of spouse or cohabitant and four counts of contempt of court and was sentenced to one year of probation, one year in jail and a fine of $920.

Zackery W. Reyes, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $1,454.

Austin German Uhlmansiek, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of fleeing an officer-reckless driving and was sentenced to eight months in prison and a fine of $440. In a second case, he was convicted of violating probation for inflicting corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant and was sentenced to six years in prison and a fine of $330.
