Jacob Ronald Crager, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of not possessing a motor carrier permit and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,175.

Joseph William Gensaw Jr., 34, or Crescent City, was convicted of displaying false registration and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $844.

Brenda Jane Hendon, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of a count of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a prior offense and one count of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 52 days, probation for four years and a fine of $5,204.

Douglas Dwayne Hilton Jr., of Arvada, Colo., was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Michael Joseph Huth, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for five days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,454. Huth was also convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for five days, probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Barry J. King, 41, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Cheri Michelle Manning, 37, of Smith River, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Garald Ross Manwill, 58, of Paradise, was convicted of wet/reckless driving, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $833.

Nicholas Lee Maraganis, 36, of Klamath, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 120 days.

Joseph Jerry Mello, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,140.

Abdo Ali Numi, 29, of Shafter, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with prior offenses and sentenced to jail for 300 days and a fine of $2,971.

Brian Anthony Patterson, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,510. Patterson was also convicted on two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Ernest Keith Silva, III, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/unlawful taking of a vehicle and sentenced to jail for 16 months and a fine of $1,641. Silva was also convicted of burglary and violating probation, sentenced to jail for 32 months and a fine of $1,641.

Gabriel Villanueva, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of obstructing/resisting an executive officer and of damaging/taking parts off a vehicle, sentenced to jail for one year and a fine of $1,110.

James Everette Waltrip, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 180 days.
