Jacob Ossian Alberry, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant and causing great bodily injury, sentenced to four years and four months in prison and a fine of $370.

Guy Hugh Baxter, 69, of Crescent City, was convicted of corporal punishment to a child, sentenced to jail for 114 days, probation for three years and a fine of $920. Baxter was also convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 114 days and a fine of $150.

David James Caerbert, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of burglary, sentenced to jail for 270 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,641. Caerbert was also convicted of attempted burglary, sentenced to jail for 270 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,641. Caerbert was also convicted of possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $3,001. Caerbert was also convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for 90 days and fine of $1,864.

Eric Mitchell Carrizales, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of burglary and theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for 160 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,711.

Lena Belle Gensaw, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $2,274.

Justin Adam Gray, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of second-degree burglary, sentenced to jail for 12 months with an additional 4 months for a prior conviction and a fine of $370. Gray was also convicted of false representation of identity to an office, sentenced to jail for six months and a fine of $220.

Christopher Leon Nelson, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 120 days.

Phia Thao, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest, sentenced to jail for 45 days and a fine of $1,506.

Alexander Jay Williams, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 120 days and a fine of $150.
