Levi Van Anderson, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and was sentenced to three years of probation, two days in jail and a fine of $1,864.
Leigha Rachelle Cochrane, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to one year of probation, 20 days in jail and a fine of $2,125. In a seperate case, she was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 20 days in jail and a fine of 150.
Jesse Keely McCann, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of obstruct/resist executive officer and was sentenced to two years of probation, 90 days in jail and a fine of $1,190. In a second case, McCann was convicted of obstruct/resist executive officer and driving under combined influence and was sentenced to two years probation, 90 days in jail and a fine of $1,260.
Kiley William Ortman, 46, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with a prior and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.
George Sears-Schubert, 50, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery and was sentenced to one year of probation, one day in jail and a fine of $630.
Caitlin Marie Smith, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny and was sentenced to one year of probation, five days in jail and a fine of $671
Kimberly Kay Spear, 55, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 12 days in jail.
Brett Edward Walker, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of ammunition by an ex felon and was sentenced to one year in jail and a fine of $630.
