Criminal Convictions

The following report of criminal convictions between Oct. 30 - Nov. 5 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County:

• Grant Allen Boles, 27, of Gasquet, was convicted of burglary in the second degree, sentenced to jail for two years and a find of $1,641.

• Christopher David Counts, 22, of Grants Pass, Oregon, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant causing injury with an enhancement of great bodily injury, sentenced to jail for 180 days, probation for five years and a fine of $1,864.

• Ashley Dawn DeLaCruz, 28, of Grants Pass, Oregon, was convicted of wet/reckless driving, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $833.

• Davy Gene Down, 53, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $876.

• Patricia Lynn Lee Haney, 26, of Smith River, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $1,454.

• Keith Karl Hulford, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted on two counts of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for one year and fines totaling $2,149. Hulford was also convicted on two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 20 days.

• Kevin Doland Hursey, 36, a transient, was convicted of grand theft/person with a prior strike, sentenced to prison for six years and a fine of $370.

• Brittany Ann Jenkins, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $833.

• Kris Tina Moorehead, 47, of Smith River, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with a prior, sentenced to jail for 40 days, probation for one year and a fine of $2,602. Moorehead was also convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 40 days.

• Mark Anthony Northup, 51, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a .15 or above blood alcohol level, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

• Charles Mathew Passmore, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a prior, sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation for four years and a fine of $2,602. Passmore was also convicted of wet/reckless driving, sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation for one year and a fine of $1,454.

• Samantha Margaret Pfleger, 28, of Los Angeles, was convicted of wet/reckless driving, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $833.

• Robert Shawn Pierce, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with two priors, sentenced to jail for 120 days, probation for five years and a fine of $2,971.

• Steven Leonard Reed, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 160 days.

• Linwood Rollings, 54, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a prior and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 25 days, probation for four years and a fine of $4,726.

• Scott James Ross, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $833.

• Juan Carlos Sandoval, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with two priors and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 120 days, probation for four years and a fine of $5,095.

• Robert Jerymi Sinnott, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of two counts of unauthorized use of personal information, sentenced to jail for two years and eight months and fines totaling $1,970. Sinnott was also convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for six months and a fine of $220. Sinnott was also convicted on two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for six months.

• Erick Paul Skillman, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with causing injury, sentenced to prison for three years and a fine of $370. Skillman was also convicted on two counts of driving under the influence of an intoxicant within the last 10 years, sentenced to prison for 16 months and fines totaling $740.

• Michael Edwards Taylor, 57, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for 75 days, probation for one year and a fine of $876. Taylor was also convicted of theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for 75 days and a fine of $671. Taylor was also convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 75 days and a fine of $630.

• Robert Charles Thornley, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of burglary and receiving stolen property - motor vehicle, sentenced to prison for six years and a fine of $440. Thornley was also convicted of escape from custody after felony conviction, sentenced to prison for eight months and a fine of $370. Thornley was also convicted of first degree burglary, sentenced to prison for four years and a fine of $370. Thornley was also convicted of two counts of violating community supervision and sentenced to prison for 360 days.

• Sandra Renee Williams, 48, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $2,274.

• Amy Elizabeth Ziegler, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $833.
