The following report of criminal convictions between Dec. 17 and Dec. 31 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County.

 

Phillip Franklin Marshall, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of threaten crime with intent to terrorize and was sentenced to three years of probation, 270 days in jail and a fine of $370

Edward Culver Hughes, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of murder and cruelty to child by endangering health and was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison and a fine of $440.

Steven Michael Shoemaker, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of resists, delays or obstructs and was sentenced to one year of probation, 21 days in jail and a fine of $220.

Clifford Leroy Albers Jr., 23, of Klamath, Calif., was convicted of violating probation for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or inhabitant and sentenced to four years in prison and a fine of $300

Lisa Fern Bates, 42, of Klamath, Calif., was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to 47 days in jail and a fine of $150.

Darlene Ann Bearden, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny and was sentenced to one year of probation, five days in jail and a fine of $671.

Eric Christopher Catlett, 38, of Medford, Oregon, was convicted of feeling an officer/reckless driving and was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of $370.

Michael Jay Clary Jr., 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 160 days in jail.

Joseph Xavier Fernandez Jr., 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $3,024.

Lisa Shaleen Gensaw, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI with a blood alcohol level greater than .15 with a prior and was sentenced to four years of probation, 19 days in jail, and a fine of $2,602.

Joseph Jerry Mello, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Stanley Joe Stevens, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a weapon in prison, escaping custody after a felony conviction and failure to appear in court and was sentenced to six years in prison and a fine of $580.

Chris Myron Underwood, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation on a conviction of burglary and sentenced to two years, 11 months in county jail and a fine of $300.
