Wednesday, May 20:

At 12:45 a.m., a resident in the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 101 reported a subject was trying to break down her front door and had already broken a window.

At 4:15 a.m., a resident in the 1000 block of Scenic Creek Drive reported while she was out walking her dog, they were almost attacked by a mountain lion in the apartment complex.

At 9:57 a.m., a subject reported someone broke into her car in the 1100 block of Breen Street and stole some items.

At 11:24 a.m., a wallet was found in the 99900 block of Enderts Beach Road.

At 1:11 p.m., a request from the 2000 block of U.S. Highway 101 for the removal of a subject who is causing a disturbance and refuses to leave.

At 2:03 p.m., a report of a subject walking down U.S. Highway 101 near Lopez carrying a bat and a rock, not looking happy.

At 6:41, a request to tow two abandoned vehicles in the 300 block of Fred Haight Drive in Smith River.

At 8:50 p.m., a resident in the 2700 block of Alder Road reported discovering his home broken into and several items missing.

Thursday, May 21:

At 12:27 a.m., a subject reporting seeing flashlights at a property in the 2400 block of Dodane Avenue and was unsure if anyone was supposed to be there.

At 5:48 a.m., a report of a suspicious subject all in black walking around the school campus in the 1300 block of El Dorado Street and may have entered a shed.

At 7:22 a.m., a report of smoke behind a building in the 300 block of M Street.

At 8:20 a.m., a report of a kayak stolen from a backyard in the 300 block of Butte Street.

At 8:34 a.m., a report of power lines down, with no sparking, in a yard at 9th and L streets.

At 10:02 a.m., a resident in the 3100 block of Parkway Driver reported hearing screaming from under the house.

At 3 p.m., a report of a reckless driver who almost caused multiple collisions is in a parking lot in the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 5:32 p.m., a resident in the 1100 block of Breen Street reported having an ongoing issue with subjects illegally camping behind his property.

At 5:53 p.m., a resident in the 100 block of Olive Street reported a possibly intoxicated subject stole her daughter’s bicycle.

At 10:19 p.m., a resident in the 500 block of Fred Haight Drive reported someone drove a vehicle through her fence and into her house.

Friday, May 22:

At 7:58 a.m., staff in the 800 block of U.S. Highway 101 reported some tools were stolen from the yard sometime overnight.

At 9:50 a.m., a report of a residential break-in sometime overnight in the 700 block of 9th Street.

At 10:38 a.m., a resident in the 1300 block of California Street reported hearing a gunshot and seeing a subject put something wrapped up inside his vehicle.

At 3:43 p.m., a report of a chimney fire in the 3400 block of Movie Lane.

At 3:47 p.m., California Highway Patrol requested assistance following a vehicle in the 9900 block of U.S. Highway 101 with a driver reported brandishing a firearm.

At 4:24 p.m., a resident in the 1600 block of Parkway Drive reported her house is on fire from a cigarette.

At 11:41 p.m., a resident in the 100 block of Mason Court reported that everyone was screaming.

Saturday, May 23:

At 6:27 a.m., a report of a business front door broken open in the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 9:33 a.m., a resident in the 1900 block of Malone Road reported two subjects were in a physical altercation on the property and one subject was breaking out windows with a bat or stick.

At 10:01 a.m., a report of a lawn mower stolen from a transfer station in the 1700 block of State Street.

At 2:41 p.m., a request received to help find a subject that has been sleeping in the garage of a home for sale at Elk Valley Road and Howland Hill Road.

At 3:18 p.m., a lost dog was found in the 100 block of Boulevard.

At 3:51 p.m., a report of shoplifting in the 500 block of M Street.

At 5:19 p.m., a report of a motor home stolen from Taylor and 7th streets.

At 7:20 p.m., a report of a naked male subject in the post office in the 700 block of 2nd Street.

At 9:45 p.m., a report of shots heard in the 16400 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 10:43 p.m., a report of four to five shots heard, possibly from a shotgun, in the 100 block of Houlie Drive in Hiouchi.

Sunday, May 24:

At 3:29 a.m., a report of a male subject with his pants down at the post office in the 700 block of 2nd Street.

At 8:59 a.m., a lost dog was found in the 1200 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 9:41 a.m., a purse was found on the side of the road in the 2000 block of Railroad Avenue.

At 11:04 a.m., a report of squatters inside a home that is supposed to be empty in the 700 block of Pacific Avenue.

At 2:38 p.m., a resident in the 100 block of Klamath Boulevard, in Klamath, reported her daughter told her that a dog that lives in the trailer came from the woods with a human hand.

At 2:43 p.m., a report of gas syphoned from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Blackwell Lane.

At 3:24 p.m., a debit card was found in the 600 block of L Street.

At 4:15 p.m., a report of several gunshots heard in the area of 2300 block of Parkway Drive.

At 5:42 p.m., a report of a brush fire off U.S. Highway 101 at milepost 18.87 in Gasquet.

At 6:26 p.m., a push lawnmower was found in the bushes in the 2000 block of Old Mill Road.

At 6:37 p.m., a resident in the 5400 block of Southbank Road reported his neighbor cut his water line.

At 6:44 p.m., a report of a vehicle broken into in the 9900 block of U.S. Highway 101 at Sandmine Road and a backpack stolen.

At 8:54 p.m., a report of shots or fireworks heard in the Cooke, Parkway Drive area.

At 9:09 p.m., a report of someone shooting off a subject shooting off fireworks at the beach and one came toward the reporting person’s motel in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 11:06 p.m., a resident in the 100 block of Hiouchi Drive reported a subject has been firing off gun shots for the last several nights in a row.

Monday, May 25:

At 4:57 a.m., a resident in the 600 block of L Street reported there was a subject at the window of her back room trying to get in.

At 8:41 a.m., a resident in the 1400 block of Inyo street reported someone got into her vehicle overnight and ransacked it.

At 9:42 a.m., a resident in the 1100 block of Burtschell Street reported that a subject squatting on the property next door was looking in her daughter’s window.

At 9:55 a.m., a report of a female subject that broke several bottles of wine at a business in the 1100 block of 3rd Street.

At 10:50 a.m., a report that someone has been sleeping in the directory building in the 12900 block of Indian Road in Smith River.

At 11:59 a.m., a report of a subject yelling and throwing beer cans into the road in the 400 block of M Street.

At 12:12 p.m., a report of smoke spotted in the area of U.S. Highway 101 and U.S. Highway 199.

At 12:31 p.m., a resident in the 100 block of Klamath Boulevard, in Klamath, reported one of her neighbors bit another neighbor.

At 2:06 p.m., a report of an illegal burn in the area of Napa and Washington Boulevard.

At 2:32 p.m., a report of a male subject in the middle of the road at 9th and L streets showing off his leg.

At 3:47 p.m., a resident in the 1500 block of Morehead Road in Fort Dick reported that her boyfriend possibly stole someone’s dog.

At 4:26 p.m., a report of a syringe found in the 500 block of Pacific Avenue.

At 5:01 p.m., a report of smoke in the area of 1500 block of Summer Park Court.

At 5:16 p.m., a resident in the 1400 block of Inyo Street reported that someone broke into her vehicle sometime overnight.

At 5:23 p.m., a report of a subject that walked out of a store with items without paying in the 900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 5:26 p.m., a report of a dog stolen out of a truck in the 1700 block of State Street.

At 6:24 p.m., a report of officers searching for a subject that was earlier causing a disturbance and trying to start a fight with an employee in the 100 block of Klamath Boulevard in Klamath.

At 7:15 p.m., a report of a possible sinkhole in the road at El Dorado and Lauff streets.

At 7:51 p.m., a resident in the 300 block of Bertsch Avenue reported a vulture keeps trying to eat her chicks.

At 8:11 p.m., a male reported that a female subject attempted to assault his wife in the 400 block of M Street.

At 9:54 p.m., a report of some sort of dispute/fight between a group of juveniles and subjects in a truck in the 500 block of L Street.

Tuesday, May 26:

At 3:33 a.m., a resident in the 12700 block of Indian Road reported she can hear children crying underneath her home.

At 5:22 p.m., a report of a dog in the roadway in the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 8:20 a.m., a request received to remove a female subject sleeping in the bushes in the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 8:45 a.m., a report of a fight in the 1500 block of California Street.

At 8:59 a.m., a resident in the 200 block of Middle Fork Road in Gasquet that someone broke into her water shed sometime overnight.

At 10:01 a.m., a resident in the 700 block of 9th Street reported that someone put tar and glass on her front door.

At 10:33 a.m., someone reported a suspect that broke into her client’s house is under the pier in the 9900 block of B Street.

At 12:21 p.m., a resident in the 1200 block of Northcrest Drive reported that a subject he has a restraining order against was in his yard digging holes.

At 1:18 p.m., a report of a subject attacking another subject with a cane in the 1000 block of Front Street.

At 1:29 p.m., a report of a subject that was being put up in a hotel in the 600 block of L Street and asked to leave, was allowed back in to get her personal things, then locked the door and refuses to come out.

At 3:26 p.m., a female subject that was asked to leave a hotel in the 600 block of L Street is now behind the building, yelling and throwing her property around.

At 3:29 p.m., a report of a washing machine and shopping cart in the road in the area of 8th and G streets.

At 5:30 p.m., a subject with a leg injury entered a store in the 300 block of M Street but doesn’t know what happened.

At 5:56 p.m., reports of a female subject throwing things and yelling at cars in the area of 7th and L streets.

At 6:58 p.m., a report of a female subject that stole items from a store in the 600 block of M Street and left the area.

At 7:16 p.m., a report that a subject that walked out of a store with unpaid items in the 900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 11:08 p.m., a report of subjects with flashlights, prowling in the area of Hoover and Oregon streets.
