Wednesday, August 11

● At 8:41 a.m. police responded to the 400 block of M Street after a caller reported she left $40 in the checkout and the person behind her took it.

● At 10:01 a.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive after a caller reported a woman let her 4-year-old child run around a construction site unsupervised. Soon after, the woman reported the man who was the previous caller was harassing her.

● At 10:41 a.m. police responded to the 1200 block of 9th Street after a caller reported four teenagers threw food at her vehicle.

● At 10:50 a.m. police responded to the 1200 block of 9th Street after a caller reported a vehicle stolen from Brookings was tracked to a business in Crescent City.

● At 11:28 a.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to an unknown location after a caller reported he purchased a cat online for $390 but never received the cat.

● At 1:48 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1400 block of Union Street after a caller reported a female was acting strange and yelling.

● At 5:33 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to State Street after a caller reported they had heard a report of a group of people walking around with a shotgun.

● At 8:29 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1000 block of J Street after a caller reported a woman was sitting on the sidewalk, surrounded by a bunch of stuff, and playing loud music.

● At 9:23 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of Northcrest Drive after a caller reported a woman was undressing on the property.

● At 10:42 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 600 block of Elk Valley Drive after a caller reported suspicious persons walking on the property.

Thursday, August 12

● At 1:30 a.m. police responded to the 900 block of H Street after a caller reported a man was checking vehicles.

● At 8:44 a.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 99900 block of Fred Enderts Beach Road after a caller reported a van had been parked there for about a week.

● At 10:24 a.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1600 block of Parkway Drive after a caller reported someone left a box with a bullet hole in it near their front door. The caller said there was also a note taped to the door.

● At 1:53 p.m. police responded to the 100 block of Elk Valley Road after a caller reported a woman was throwing things around.

● At 2:41 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 3100 block of Lake Earl Drive after a caller reported her teenage stepson had been sending inappropriate photos to other teenagers.

● At 3:45 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the intersection of Parkway and Highway 199 after a caller reported someone was destroying a fence.

● At 5:15 p.m. police responded to the 400 block of Grant Avenue after a caller reported that underage people were drinking alcohol.

● At 8:29 p.m. firefighters responded to the 13000 block of Indian Road after a caller reported brush was on fire.

● At 9:01 p.m. firefighters responded to an unknown location in Crescent City after a caller reported a trailer fire.

● At 9:42 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported someone on the property was throwing rocks.

● At 9:53 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 800 block of Washington Avenue after a caller reported a patient was heavily intoxicated and becoming hostile with staff.

Friday, August 13

● At 12:42 a.m. police responded to the 600 block of 5th Street after a caller reported a suspicious person in the parking lot who had a baseball bat and a baseball and said he was waiting for his friend from New York.

● At 5:44 a.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to Riverside Street after a caller reported hearing gunshots.

● At 6:42 a.m. police responded to an area near 5th and D Streets after a caller reported a man was walking around with what appeared to be a shotgun and a handgun.

● At 7:30 a.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to Enderts Beach Road after a caller reported his window was broken and some items were stolen.

● At 8:51 a.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 12600 block of Oceanview Drive after a caller reported someone stole appliances.

● At 1:52 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1600 block of Jefferson Avenue after a caller reported a missing elderly person.

● At 5:40 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 6400 block of Kings Valley Road after a caller reported someone stole mail from him.

● At 8:41 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 200 block of Washington Boulevard after a caller reported someone cut the lock on their door and was on the property.

● At 9:23 p.m. police responded to the 900 block of G Street after a caller reported she was having ongoing issues with teenagers in the area and she believed they attempted to break into her home.

● At 10:48 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1200 block of Northcrest Drive after a caller requested the removal of a highly intoxicated person who came in and passed out in a booth.

● At 11:42 p.m. police responded to the 800 block of A Street after a caller reported a vehicle crashed into his home and then fled.

Saturday, August 14

● At 4:02 a.m. police responded to the 1000 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported a man was driving a loud motorbike around and the backfire from it sounded like a gunshot.

● At 8:44 a.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 400 block of Cummings Street after a caller reported her neighbor was shooting his firearm in his yard.

● At 10:34 a.m. police responded to the 1000 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported someone was on the property with a possible firearm.

● At 12:37 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 700 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported his vehicle had been vandalized twice.

● At 1:05 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 800 block of Washington Boulevard after a caller reported someone threatened a nurse who was cleaning the triage tent.

● At 1:48 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 700 block of Elk Valley Road after a caller reported someone was throwing matches into the food storage.

● At 2:36 p.m. police responded to the 200 block of 6th Street after a caller reported a vehicle was stolen out of their garage.

● At 6:18 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 15100 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported someone was driving a truck on the beach.

● At 7:20 p.m. police responded to an area near 5th and J Streets after a caller reported someone was yelling into the air.

● At 7:52 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 2200 block of Norris Avenue after a caller reported 5-6 people broke into their house.

● At 10:15 p.m. sheriff’s deputies responded to the 3400 block of Cunningham Lane after a caller reported people were illegally camping.
