• At 6:44 a.m., police responded to the 200 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported his bicycle was stolen off the top of his vehicle.

• At 8:03 a.m., police responded to the 200 block of H Street after a caller reported someone was vandalizing a bank.

• At 9:21 a.m., the Crescent City Fire Department responded to the 2200 block of Harmony Lane after a caller reported heavy black smoke and falling debris at a home.

• At 9:49 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 2100 block of Sunrise Avenue after a caller reported someone stole checks out of their mailbox and attempted to use one.

• At 10:03 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 5900 block of Kings Valley Road after a caller reported his neighbor's cattle broke into his house.

• At 10:29 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 100 block of Jed Smith Lane after a caller reported his son was having a mental health episode and was throwing things at his wife.

• At 12:19 p.m., police responded to the 1500 block of Gainard Street after a caller reported a known man grabbed her by the throat and spit into her face.

• At 4:13 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 1400 block of Parkway Avenue after a caller reported a suspicious person was approaching people in the parking lot and asking them to exit their vehicles.

• At 4:37 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the area of Washington and Parkway after a caller reported a woman in a wheelchair in the middle of the road flipping people off.

• At 7:43 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 600 block of Macken Avenue after a caller reported her grandmother was threatening her.

• At 8:49 p.m., police responded to the area of 7th and L streets after a caller reported a vehicle going the wrong way.

• At 10:48 p.m., police responded to the 1000 block of Highway 101 after a caller reported her niece attacked her.

Wednesday, June 30

• At 6:40 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 2100 block of Harmony Lane after a caller reported their neighbor's cat was attacked by two pit bulls.

• At 7:52 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 2500 block of Highway 199 in Hiouchi after a caller reported a large male cougar was seen in the area.

• At 10:03 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 400 block of North Bank Road after a caller reported her adult daughter, who suffers from dementia, is destroying the garage.

• At 11:18 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to South Beach after a caller reported a bicycle was stolen out of his vehicle.

• At 1:12 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 500 block of Washington Boulevard after a caller reported he was assaulted by unknown subjects.

• At 1:49 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 500 block of Darby Street after a caller reported her neighbor's animals attacked her mother.

• At 4:19 p.m., police responded to the 200 block of Harding Street after a caller reported two juveniles pulled a knife and threatened to come back and carve them up.

Thursday, July 1

• At 1:20 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the end of Iowa Street after a caller reported hearing a woman calling for help.

• At 10:07 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 11900 block of Ocean View Drive in Smith River after a caller reported his girlfriend is running down the road.

• At 11:18 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the area of Darby and Peveler after a caller reported she was assaulted.

• At 1:40 p.m., police responded to the 1200 block of Northcrest Drive after a caller reported a person threw a cone and hit her child in the head.

• At 1:50 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 100 block of Leif Circle after a caller reported people are breaking into his home that was burned and taking things.

• At 2:14 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 400 block of Elk Valley Road after a caller reported a person was throwing pallets in the road.

• At 5:03 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 400 block of Elk Valley Road after a caller reported a man riding a bicycle while carrying a rifle.

• At 5:42 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 1800 block of Railroad Avenue after a caller reported a person is drunk and a has a firearm. Others in the area are hiding from him.

• At 9:42 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 1700 block of State Street after a caller reported man claiming he was shot is laying down in the road.

• At 11:30 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 100 block of Starfish Way after a caller reported she was assaulted by a man who took her keys.

Friday, July 2

• At 12:04 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of A Street after a caller reported a man lying on the sidewalk.

• At 1:47 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 400 block of Keller Street after a caller reported a subject sold her a dog through the internet and is asking for more money without delivering the dog.

• At 4:16 p.m., police responded to the 800 block of 7th Street after a caller reported her boyfriend stole her car.

• At 4:30 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the area of Highway 101 and Sandmine Road after a caller reported her hand was smashed.

• At 4:31 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to Anchor Way after a caller reported a man was exposing himself to children.

• At 5:48 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the area of Elk Valley and State Street after a caller reported a person was walking down the sidewalk while swinging a large machete.
