Tuesday, Feb. 18, continued: 

At 12:23 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a tenant on the 9600 block of U.S. Highway 101 who had not been seen or heard from in two days. 

At 12:25 p.m., caller reported his partner had been missing from the 100 block of Starfish Way since Dec. 28. 

At 1:16 p.m., caller reported he kept receiving letters from his son on the 15500 block of U.S. Highway 101 that had strange content. 

At 1:28 p.m., caller reported subjects down on the shore on the 1000 block of Front Street pulling apart a barge. 

At 2:02 p.m., caller reported her daughter was on the 100 block of Elk Valley Drive. 

At 2:04 p.m., caller reported is neighbor’s dog kept coming over to the 2500 block of Old Mill Road and attacking him and his dogs. 

At 2:28 p.m., caller reported she was being threatened on the 700 block of J Street. 

At 2:56 p.m., caller reported a subject was lying in front of the maint shed on the 500 block of Cooper Street. 

At 3:07 p.m., caller reported a subject was acting threatening towards staff on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 3:07 p.m., caller reported a subject assaulted her and hit her in the head on the corner of Cooper and Butte Avenue. 

At 3:12 p.m., electrical fire in the wall on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 3:14 p.m., caller reported a public fight on the 1500 block of Del Mar Road. 

At 3:35 p.m., caller reported a subject broke a restraining order and was on her front porch on the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 3:53 p.m., caller reported possible warrant subject on the 700 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 4:04 p.m., caller reported jump box stolen on the 800 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 4:18 p.m., caller reported subjects were in a public fight on the 200 block of M Street. 

At 4:23 p.m., Child Welfare Services request for assistance with a welfare check. 

At 4:34 p.m., caller reported a bag was stolen from her vehicle in January on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 5:14 p.m., caller reported his brother just assaulted him on the 300 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 5:30 p.m., caller reported a subject came in stating he was in a fight at school on the 1300 block of El Dorado Street. 

At 5:45 p.m., Sutter Coast Advised a patient was attempting to walk out on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 6:00 p.m., caller reported her juvenile son ran away from the 100 block of Miracle Lane and had not returned. 

At 6:22 p.m., caller reported her ex-husband was refusing to bring back her juvenile son. 

At 6:37 p.m., caller reported he watched two unknown female subjects run from the direction of his neighbor’s house on the 100 block of Sherwood Lane and get into a suspicious looking vehicle that was waiting nearby. 

At 6:43 p.m., caller reported she could hear subjects in a loud public fight in a camper on the corner of M and Third Street. 

At 6:51 p.m., caller reported he let a friend borrow his bike and his friend was attacked by a group of people who then stole the bike on the 100 block of E Coolidge Avenue. 

At 7:11 p.m., caller reported he and his ex-wife were having custody issues on the 1500 block of Summer Park Court. 

At 7:31 p.m., caller reported the motor was stolen off her boat on the 200 block of Childs Avenue. 

At 8:07 p.m., caller reported she could hear a female screaming, “No,” on the corner of Ninth and B Street. 

At 8:46 p.m., caller reported he was reported as a runaway juvenile and would like to talk to a deputy  on the 500 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 10:14 p.m., caller reported her husband was upset and went for a drive around 2 p.m., but had not returned to the 4300 block of Lake Earl Drive. 

At 10:17 p.m., caller reported there was a male and female subject fighting on the 300 block of Arnett Street. 

At 11:03 p.m., caller reported there were subjects in an RV fighting again on the corner of Third and M Street. 

Wednesday, Feb. 19: 

At 7:27 a.m., caller requested the removal of a subject that was asleep in front of the building on the 1100 block of Second Street. 

At 7:55 a.m., caller reported someone had shot the building with paint balls on the 3100 block of Parkway Drive. 

At 9:14 a.m., caller reported his car was shot with a paintball on the 400 block of Del Norte Street. 

At 10:21 a.m., caller reported a subject came in and started acting belligerent towards staff on the 400 block of K Street. 

At 10:35 a.m., caller reported a vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 101 by mile marker 17.56, one patient pregnant. 

At 10:46 a.m., caller reported a subject was using drugs in a vehicle with a child inside on the 900 block of Third Street. 

At 11:02 a.m., caller reported a red VW Jetta running with no one inside on the 500 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 11:08 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject that was not answering his door or phone on the 100 block of North Street. 

At 11:27 a.m., caller reported her grandchildren took items from her home after her son’s death on the 1400 block of Inyo Street. 

At 11:53 a.m., caller reported an ex-employee called in a fake RX to Safeway for another subject on the 400 block of M Street. 

At 12:34 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject that had been released from school and was not leaving the 900 block of G Street. 

At 12:44 p.m., caller reported someone had gained access to her bank account and stole her money on the 100 block of Coolidge Avenue. 

At 1:34 p.m., caller reported she needed to have a conversation with law enforcement on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard.  

At 2:10 p.m., caller reported a large amount of water flowing down the street on the corner of Ninth and B Street. 

At 2:15 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject that was lying on the grass next to a fence on the 500 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 2:21 p.m., caller reported his family member was having a nervous breakdown and making suicidal statements on the 500 block of McNamara. 

At 4:55 p.m., caller reported a small child was in the car by himself on the 500 block of L Street. 

At 5:34 p.m., caller reported she was threatened by a known subject on the corner of Sixth and G Street. 

At 6:45 p.m., caller reported two missionaries come to her house on the 100 block of Downing Street and she did not want them there. 

At 7:34 p.m., caller reported a male subject walking on the corner of State Street and Humboldt Road with a flashlight possible checking vehicles. 

At 8:07 p.m., caller reported an altercation that may have been physical in the parking lot on the 1000 block of Scenic Creek Drive. 

At 9:26 p.m., caller reported a known subject was contacting her through Facebook and it was violating a restraining order. 

At 9:39 p.m., caller reported there were teenagers hanging out on the 100 block of Mason Court and vehicles were double parked. 

At 9:43 p.m., caller reported her grandson had not come home to the 100 block of Silverside Circle. 

At 9:45 p.m., caller reported three nights in a row someone shined flashlight in her window on the 200 block of Indra Street. 

At 10:00 p.m., caller requested extra patrol due to a tapping sound on the 4600 block of Kings Valley Road. 

At 11:01 p.m., caller reported someone broke into his locked vehicle and stole his wallet on the 100 block of Butte Street. 

At 11:09 p.m., multiple callers reported a male walking in and out of traffic and yelling on the 200 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

Thursday, Feb. 20: 

At 8:50 a.m., caller reported suspicious subject was on the 400 block of Harding Boulevard earlier that morning with a tool belt and a cell phone that did not look like they belonged to him.  

At 9:50 a.m., caller reported subject sitting at the intersection yelling obscenities at people passing by the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 10:31 a.m., caller reported subject he had a restraining order against was talking with him through his window on the 1200 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 10:52 a.m., caller reported ongoing harassment issue on the 1400 block of Inyo Street. 

At 10:57 a.m., caller reported subject she had a restraining order against had been messaging her. 

At 11:27 a.m., caller reported she received a call from a subject stating her brother was being taken to court and needed to call them back. 

At 11:30 a.m., staff reported a suicidal subject left the hospital on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 12:03 p.m., caller reported a subject assaulted her on the 1400 block of Parkway Drive. 

At 12:09 p.m., caller requested the assistance with a subject who was being hostile towards him on the corner of Old Mill Road and Northcrest Drive. 

At 1:02 p.m., truck hit a telephone poll and rolled over with the driver trapped inside on the corner of U.S. Highway 101 and Humboldt Road. 

At 1:33 p.m., caller reported subject made threats towards him. 

At 1:59 p.m., California Highway Patrol reported possible DUI driver on the corner of Harding Avenue and Northcrest Drive. 

At 2:06 p.m., caller reported ongoing harassment issue from known subject on the 600 block of Fresno Street. 

At 2:11 p.m., caller reported losing a wallet at the laundry room on the 900 block of Sunset Circle. 

At 2:50 p.m., caller reported subjects got into a vehicle and quickly drove off, while on subject sat on the corner of Howland Hill Road and Waldo Street with blood on his face. 

At 3:03 p.m., caller reported a painting of his was stolen from the Old Pizza King Restaurant on the 1300 block of Front Street. 

At 3:20 p.m., Brookings emergency room reported juvenile with injuries from an assault that occurred at the school on the 6900 block of Lake Earl Drive. 

At 4:01 p.m., Sutter reported juvenile at the emergency room on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard stated he was assaulted at school by another student.  

At 6:09 p.m., caller reported a vehicle was driving unsafely on the corner of Pebble Beach Drive and Whaleview Court. 

At 6:24 p.m., caller reported her RV was broken into on Kellogg Beach Drive. 

At 6:34 p.m., caller reported someone stated they were repossessing a vehicle but were not from a company and the female was still in the vehicle refusing to get out on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 7:03 p.m., multiple vehicles involved in accident on the 100 block of Timbers Boulevard. 

At 7:11 p.m., caller reported two males were yelling in front of the store on the 900 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 7:34 p.m., caller reported a kitchen fire on the 1500 block of El Monte Road. 

At 8:13 p.m., caller reported people were sleeping in a trailer and having a nightly fire on the 100 block of Del Monte Street. 

At 8:16 p.m., staff reported a shopping cart was abandoned in the parking lot on the 900 block of Northcrest Drive with several items in it. 

At 8:32 p.m., caller reported a truck and two male subjects were at a house on the 600 block of Cooper Avenue where no one was supposed to be. 

At 9:53 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject who did not show up for mass and no one had been able to get a hold of him. 

At 10:47 p.m., caller reported a female ran to a vehicle with clothing in her purse on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 11:20 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on some campers on the 3400 block of Cunningham Lane who were possibly arguing or talking loudly.

Friday, Feb. 21: 

At 2:13 a.m., caller reported her neighbor upstairs was yelling and banging on the walls on the 1100 block of Oregon Street. 

At 7:38 a.m., caller reported a subject yelling at and hitting cars as they drove by on the corner of Inyo Street and Washington Boulevard. 

At 8:02 a.m., caller reported a chainsaw was stolen off her porch on the 100 block of Eighth Street early in the morning.  

At 8:16 a.m., caller reported a subject in the middle of the road was screaming and throwing things at people on the corner of Ninth and I Street. 

At 9:11 a.m., caller reported a lost license plate off of a boat trailer on the 600 block of Fifth Street. 

At 9:24 a.m., caller reported unknown subject on Facebook was threatening to blackmail him unless he sent a money gram on the 200 block of Indra Street. 

At 10:07 a.m., real estate agent reported a scam on Craigslist listing a house on the 100 block of Church Tree Road for sale as open for rent.  

At 10:09 a.m., caller reported subject she had a restraining order against had been getting people to message her and had called Child Welfare Services on her. 

At 10:21 a.m., caller reported a subject walking back and forth screaming and  yelling on the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 11:05 a.m., caller requested the removal of a subject sitting on their dumpster on the 400 block of L Street. 

At 11:06 a.m., caller reported a subject smoking marijuana in front of the store on the 400 block of M Street. 

At 11:12 a.m., caller reported neighbor’s dogs attacked his dog and elderly family member on the 100 block of Seafoam Drive, and owner was making threats towards the caller. 

At 11:18 a.m., caller reported finding a syringe with possible drugs inside the residence on the 1000 block of Butte Street.
