Wednesday, Feb. 5: 

At 12:08 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on a male subject laying on the ground on the 1100 block of El Dorado Street. 

At 12:45 a.m., caller reported a suspicious RV that had been parked in the neighborhood on the 200 block of Del Monte Street since Saturday.  

At 12:54 a.m., caller reported there were subjects loitering around on the 1300 block of El Dorado Street. 

At 1:50 a.m., caller requested extra patrol on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 2:22 a.m., caller reported he felt like he was going to die because he took a dab and had been drinking on the Elk Valley Road. 

At 3:00 a.m., caller reported he came home to find subjects inside his trailer on the1500 block of Monroe Street, so he locked them inside. 

At 5:56 a.m., caller reported she could hear someone under her house on the 12700 block of Indian Road, screaming and banging on the floorboards. 

At 6:56 a.m., caller reported a couple can’t pay for their meal on the 1200 block of Fifth Street. Male had already left and the female was still in the bathroom. 

At 7:57 a.m., caller reported subjects couldn’t pay their tab on the 1200 block of Fifth Street. 

At 8:48 a.m., caller reported some squatters preventing him from addressing his property on the 1500 block of Railroad Avenue. 

At 8:49 a.m., caller reported finding some hypodermic needles on the ground outside on the 300 block of L Street. 

At 9:02 a.m., caller reported a subject outside his trailer on the 1500 block of Monroe Street with a firearm. 

At 9:14 a.m., caller requested advice on motorhome that was dumped on a property she was in charge of on the 6600 block of Kings Valley Road. Caller reported people kept coming back to it. 

At 9:28 a.m., caller reported a patient made some statement that she was going to burn down her neighbor’s house on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 9:58 a.m., caller reported her brother assaulter her on the 200 block of F Street. 

At 10:20 a.m., caller reported one of the bus drivers witnessed a male and female in a verbal altercation in the parking lot on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

10:44 a.m., caller reported a female under the influence kept coming to the house and causing a disturbance on the 800 block of J Street. 

At 10:50 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject that came by the office on the 1100 block of Second Street but was bleeding from the ear. 

At 11:24 a.m., caller reported she received some suspicious and threatening text messages. 

At 11:40 a.m., caller reported her son was assaulted on the 2400 block of Peveler Avenue.  

At 12:53 p.m., caller reported a male subject to his house on the 1200 block of California Street to try to sell him gold and then wouldn’t leave him alone.  

At 12:38 p.m., caller reported her bike was stolen from the post office on the 6600 block of Lake Earl Drive. 

At 12:44 p.m., vehicle accident on the corner of Fifth and K street. 

At 1:04 p.m., caller reported a subject was assaulted by a male subject that kept going in and out of the house on Cunningham Lane. 

At 1:38 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject on the 100 block of Miracle Lane that was making suicidal statements to the caller and would not come into the office.  

At 1:39 p.m., caller requested a civil standby to gather some more items from the house on the 2500 block of LeClair Avenue. 

At 2:31 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject sleeping on a bench on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard who had not moved in two days.  

At 5:21 p.m., caller reported a subject was in the parking lot on the 1100 block of El Dorado Street with his pants down.  

At 6:05 p.m., caller reported a female was drinking vodka and was possibly going to drive home on the 1500 block of California Street. 

At 6:58 p.m., caller reported she believed her debit card was stolen on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 7:36 p.m., caller requested a removal of his sister-in-law who was refusing to leave and causing a disturbance on the 16500 block of Ocean View Drive. 

At 7:54 p.m., caller reported his stolen gun was returned to him on the 400 block of Esta Avenue. 

At 8:08 p.m., caller reported her neighbor was shining a red light into her windows on Weber Drive and she was requesting documentation of harassment. 

At 8:15 p.m., caller reported her trailer was on fire and he could see flames to the ceiling on the 12700 block of South Indian Road. 

At 10:43 p.m., caller reported someone on a dirt bike was riding around in the area on the corner of J and Seventh Street and the dirt bike was really loud.  

At 11:13 p.m., caller reported there were people in front of her mother’s house on the 100 block of Third Street who were not supposed to be there. 

Thursday, Feb. 6: 

At 1:48 a.m., staff requested the removal of a male subject who was not supposed to be there on the 2500 block of Howland Hill Road. 

At 2:25 a.m., caller reported someone was foaming at the mouth and barely breathing on the 400 block of Eighth Street. 

At 2:34 a.m., caller reported she heard a woman yelling on the 700 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 4:04 a.m., caller reported he saw a vehicle lights in the area on the corner of Lake Earl Drive and Boyds Way and believed someone may be setting up a camp. 

At 5:13 a.m., caller reported he saw a male subject attempting to get into an SUV on the 100 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 7:21 a.m., caller reported window broken out of her vehicle on the 1000 block of Play Street and a lunch pail and water bottle were stolen. 

At 7:51 a.m., caller reported a possible abandoned bike lying by a ditch on the 300 block of Indian Road. 

At 8:29 a.m., caller requested to speak with a deputy regarding possible elder abuse on the 100 block of Vivienne Lane. 

At 9:11 a.m., caller reported a hypodermic needle on the ground on the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 9:12 a.m., caller reported the office on the 16800 block of U.S. Highway 101 was broken into and the key cabinet was broken into. 

At 9:24 a.m., staff requested law enforcement for a possible child welfare issue on the 2500 block of Elk Valley Cross Road. 

At 9:55 a.m., caller reported unknown subject wandering on his property on the 700 block of Ferndale Lane and attempting to open the front door. 

At 11:39 a.m., single-vehicle rollover with two patients inside on the Oregon border, unknown injuries. 

At 1:12 p.m., caller requested welfare check on subject lying on the ground on the corner of Cooper Lane and Calaveras Street. 

At 2:07 p.m, caller requested to speak with a deputy regarding an incident on the 200 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 2;29 p.m., Sutter requested a welfare check on a patient’s mother who was left home alone on the 300 block of Denny Lane. 

At 2:45 p.m., caller reported subjects moving an old trailer on the corner of State and Olive Street. 

At 2:46 p.m., caller reported hearing shots on the corner of Old mill Road and Laurel Lane. 

At 3:31 p.m., caller reported friend who was holding onto his money at the casino on the 2500 block of Howland Hill Road so he would not gamble it was then refusing to return it. 

At 3:32 p.m., caller reported a subject attacked another subject in the park on the 1200 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 4:12 p.m., caller reported a tenant took some items from a garage on the property on the 100 block of Fourth Street that did not belong to him. 

At 4:29 p.m., removal of a subject that was refusing to leave and causing a fight on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 5:50 p.m., caller reported he was having suicidal thoughts on the 1300 block of El Dorado Street. Requesting transportation to the hospital. 

At 5:54 p.m., caller reported subject attempted to purchase $180 of beer and cigarettes with someone else’s card on the 700 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 6:31 p.m., caller reported her credit card was lost and they found out someone had been using it on the 900 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 7:38 p.m., multiple callers stated a male and female were in a fight on the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 9:47 p.m., caller reported her son ran away from home on the 100 block of Breakwater Drive. 

At 9:49 p.m., caller reported his grandchild was causing trouble in his home and breaking windows on the 300 block of Klamath Beach Road.  

At 10:34 p.m., caller reported a male subject was master bating in the bathroom on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.   

Friday, Feb. 7: 

At 1:49 a.m., caller reported an unknown subject was seen walking in the area on the 2400 block of Iler Avenue. 

At 4:24 a.m., caller reported she was being threatened on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 6:03 a.m., caller reported subject walked into the office on the 100 block of L Street acting strangely.  

At 9:00 a.m., caller reported gas tanks were siphoned and hoses cut in one of their vehicles on the 700 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 10:24 a.m., caller reported window was broken out of her vehicle on the 1200 block of Douglas Street two days ago, but no items were stolen. 

At 10:32 a.m., caller reported subject had a large hole in his pants and kept exposing himself when he bent over on the 400 block of Elk Valley Road. 

At 10:47 a.m., caller reported finding an abandoned vehicle on the property on the corner of Norris Avenue and Wyentae Street.
