Wednesday, Oct. 21:

At 12:56 a.m., a report of a bonfire and black smoke spotted in the tree line in the 200 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 8:09 a.m., a report of an illegal burn in the 900 block of Murphy Avenue.

At 8:36 a.m., a report of a general burglary in the 400 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 8:45 a.m., a report of an illegal burn in the 900 block of Murphy Avenue.

At 10:10 a.m., a report of a male subject mooning cars as they drove by at Wonder Stump Road and Highway 101.

At 11:30 a.m., a resident in the 1400 block of Pebble Beach Drive reported they found a bike across the street from their house.

At 11:43 a.m., a report of a two-vehicle accident, with one blocking the roadway at Highway 101 and Hunter Creek Road and no injuries reported.

At 2:05 p.m., a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries at Cooper Street and Highway 101.

At 2:58 p.m., a resident in the 900 block of Elk Valley Road reported that someone spray painted a campaign sign in their yard.

At 3:35 p.m., a report of a male motorist that hit a parked car in the 800 block of H Street and then took off.

At 4:29 p.m., a resident in the 1000 block of Condor Street reported his neighbors just assaulted him in front of his juvenile.

At 8:15 p.m., a report of a subject prowling in the area of Harding and Harold Streets.

At 10:52 p.m., a resident in the 600 block of Harding Street reported that someone attempted to break into her home sometime this evening.

At 10:55 p.m., a report of a subject with a dog prowling in the area of 1100 block of H Street.

Thursday, Oct. 22:

At 2:11 a.m., a report of juveniles looking into car windows in the 1100 block of Anzio Street.

At 2:18 a.m., a report of someone trying to get in the front window of a building in the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 5:41 a.m., a resident in the 200 block of Benson Avenue reported a subject broke into his house, but has since left.

At 8:27 a.m., a report of a column of smoke at Iowa and Union streets.

At 9:07 a.m., a report of glass in the entry door broken in a building in the 200 block of Highway 101.

At 10:13 a.m., a resident in the 100 block of Starfish Way reported his son stole his cell phone and keys.

At 11:10 a.m., a resident in the 500 block of M Street requested advice to have an abandoned vehicle removed from the property.

At 1:11 p.m., a report of an RV running into a building in the 600 block of Highway 101.

At 1:38 p.m., a resident in the 700 block of Highway 101 reported he caught someone trying to steal a wagon from outside his neighbor’s house.

At 1:58 p.m., a report of a transformer on fire in the 2300 block of Howland Hill Road.

At 3:10 p.m., Crescent City Police broadcast a BOLO (be on the lookout) for a reckless driver at milepost 24 on Highway 101.

At 4:07 p.m., a subject reported someone broke the windshield of his wife’s car in the 100 block of Mason Court.

At 4:28 p.m., a report of a reckless driver at 9th and M streets.

At 5:54p.m., a report of a large brush fire in the 2200 block of Harmony Lane.

At 6:51 p.m., a report of an unattended barbecue fire at C and 4th streets.

At 7:06 p.m., a subject reported a vehicle parked near the field on Macken Avenue for two days and was concerned that the owner was casing the neighborhood.

At 7:53 p.m., a report of a subject who took a bag full of items from a business in the 1100 block of 3rd Street.

At 8:11 p.m., a report of a subject who stole two bottles of alcohol from a business in the 400 block of M Street.

At 9:06 p.m., staff requested the removal of a subject in the restroom of a store closing in the 500 block of M Street.

At 11:21 p.m., a subject reported she was bitten by a dog in the 1000 block of J Street and was assaulted at a different location.

At 11:26 p.m., a report of a small fire on Cooper Street.
